In Notepad, contacts are your clients; the customers to which you will send invoices. It doesn’t matter if you deliver your work to businesses or directly to individuals. Both can be added to your contact list and managed seamlessly in the same way. Notepad currently supports adding contacts from over 40 countries worldwide.

With Notepad you can always focus on what’s important. Toggle contacts to show those who are relevant right now, or just show a single contact to aim your focus without distractions. Everything in your workspace gets automatically adjusted. You will see tasks, reports, invoices, tracked time or even totals for both time and earnings focused precisely just on the shown contacts.

Whether you’ve agreed on an increased hourly rate, need to issue invoices in your client's native currency, or must comply with taxation for clients abroad, Notepad allows you to manage everything on a per-contact basis. Set different hourly rates, currencies or taxes for each of your contacts individually.
Fine-tune contact management with contact-specific settings
In Notepad, you can get as detailed as you need with contact management and even dive into contact-specific settings. For each contact, you can set the default report and invoice type, email subject and message for reports and invoices, invoice number format, payment method, invoice due date, and more.
